Dana Justus has been in the customer experience and marketing space since 1991. She has served as President of multimedia marketing company, IOHI, focusing on strategic sales. In addition to on-hold messaging, Justus spearheaded the development of IOHI’s video production division, expanding product offerings to include digital signage and interactive media. In 2011, IOHI merged with AMS to form Spectrio where Justus assisted in developing the Spectrio audio and visual experience. Because of her long-standing relationships, Justus continues to manage many of those enterprise accounts, assisting them with their customer experience initiatives, including expanding their digital footprint and leveraging OOH advertising to offset spend and generate revenue. In addition, Justus serves as President of Perception Marketing, building strategic partnerships and continuing to expand Perception product offerings and support infrastructure to service a global client and partner base with elevated customer support and innovative creative, media, and technology solutions.
